An Amazing, Changing world

Using slides from his expeditions around the world, David will examine some of the fundamental forces that shape our planet; from glaciers, rain, plate tectonics and volcanoes - to mankind causing species extinction. A personal thought provoking exposition on the evolution of time and our planet. Diverse places including Iceland (actually a piece of ocean floor as a volcanic plate margin breaches the Atlantic's surface) and Hawaii (where craters of heaving lava mimic the forces of plate tectonics) will be used as examples.
